What is the typical lead time for handcrafted furniture?
Since each piece is made to order by our artisans, lead times typically range from 4 to 8 weeks. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your item is ready for shipment.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Line & Grain ships to the contiguous United States and Canada. For shipping inquiries to Hawaii, Alaska, or international locations, please contact our support team for a custom quote.
How do I care for my solid wood products?
We recommend using a soft, damp cloth for daily cleaning. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners. To maintain the wood's natural luster, apply a high-quality furniture wax or oil every 6 to 12 months.
What is your return policy for home decor?
We offer a 30-day return policy for most home decor items in their original condition. Please note that custom-built furniture pieces are final sale and cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged.
Are the materials used sustainably sourced?
Sustainability is at the core of Line & Grain. We source 100% of our timber from FSC-certified forests and use eco-friendly, low-VOC finishes to ensure safety for your home and the planet.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
Please inspect your delivery immediately. If you notice any damage, document it with photos and contact us at [email protected] within 48 hours so we can arrange a repair or replacement.
